A little guidance.

Getting access

Request a demo on the home page. An operator reviews requests and creates approved accounts. A demo request never creates an account or upgrades a plan. Google sign-in requires setup and an approved Growth or Complete workspace.

Organisations and teammates

Use the organisation selector to switch businesses, or choose New organisation. Each starts on Free with separate pages, checks and usage. Growth and Complete owners can invite teammates from Team using their email address.

Copy or share the invitation link, or open an email draft to send yourself. The link expires in seven days and requires the invited email to be verified at sign-in. Owners can revoke pending invitations, replace links, change roles and remove access. Complete owners can create custom roles in Roles & permissions.

Publish your own page

In Pages, choose a form, booking page or careers page. Add questions, a privacy notice and a unique URL path. Publish when ready. Changing the URL stops the old address from working. Booking pages need a calendar and available slots. Careers pages need an open role.

What a website check tells you

The checker reads your website and expected destination over HTTPS. It reports HTTP errors, unexpected destination redirects and whether the expected link appears in the HTML. A passing result applies only to these checks at that time.

It does not run JavaScript, submit enquiries, reserve appointments, verify delivery, or compare business contact information across directories. Access restrictions and links generated by scripts may produce an inconclusive result. Open the reported failing step manually and check your website editor, destination URL and hosting status.

Bookings and responses

Available slots are claimed when a visitor confirms a booking. Owners can cancel bookings from Responses to reopen the slot. Confirmations appear on screen; emails and email reminders are not connected. Upcoming appointments appear in the workspace. Times are displayed in the viewer’s device time zone.

Typed signatures produce a timestamped, tamper-evident receipt. They do not verify the signer’s identity. Keep a copy of important records and use a specialist signing system if your process needs stronger identity checks.

Plans and limits

Plan changes are handled by the operator. There are no payments in this build. Safety limits apply to all plans, including features described as unlimited. Downgrading can make excess pages unavailable and reduce response retention. Ask the operator before changing a plan that holds important responses.

Contact the person who provided your KnockVI workspace access. During the pilot, support is by arrangement and has no guaranteed response time.
